You are buying the time of a group volunteer to undertake research on your behalf. We cannot guarantee that we will find exactly what you are looking for. Records simply may not exist, be available or be accessible. Where possible, we will endeavour to complete your request or possibly provide you with some guidance on other avenues which you can pursue. For this reason, we do not offer refunds if we do not find the information you are after.

Research jobs are charged at an hourly rate with an initial minimum charge of $20.00. Clients will be advised in advance should the estimated costs exceed this minimum. Research jobs exceeding one hour are charged at $20.00 for the first hour and $15.00 per hour thereafter. Photocopying and postage will be additional to the research fee.
